Welcome to GenexOne LLC ("GenexOne," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GenexOne website at genexone.com and any GenexOne products we operate, unless a product-specific terms page states otherwise. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

GenexOne is a product studio that builds and operates its own software. The Service includes:

  • The GenexOne marketing website and related content
  • GenexOne products such as Oblivian and other applications we publish
  • Communications, updates, and support channels we provide for those products

Individual products may have additional terms presented at signup or on the product's own site. Where those terms conflict with these Terms for use of that product, the product-specific terms control for that product.

3. Accounts

Some GenexOne products require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@genexone.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

  • Violate applicable laws or third-party rights
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
  • Upload malware, abusive content, or material intended to disrupt the Service
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the Service except where permitted by law
  • Use the Service in ways that harm other users or the integrity of our products

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, design, branding, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by GenexOne LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service except as expressly allowed by us or applicable law.

Product names, logos, and marks are property of GenexOne LLC. Use of our branding without written permission is not allowed.

6. Third-Party Services

Our website and products may link to or integrate with third-party services, including AI providers, hosting platforms, payment processors, and analytics tools. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

7. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GenexOne LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes arising under these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
